Enlist the rationale for stakeholder use There are hundreds of reasons how to get stakeholders to use usability testing. What most people forget is telemarketing list that using it is not enough to get people to start changing their behavior. Your stakeholders may agree with usability testing, but they must be motivated if you really want them to start usability testing. Logic is overrated (though I must admit, I'm a big fan of Spock, Sherlock Holmes, etc.). Logic does a lot, but it doesn't telemarketing list change how people feel about something, which is what you need to do. Even the best arguments will telemarketing list have people who don't care.
